The worst flood in the history of Jordao is happening as I am writing this. Thousands of people are deep stuck in the jungle where no ordinary plane can land. Help is limited and we can only reach them by boat. The water has risen to the roofs of the houses, and it continues to rain and overflow. The people living there are in need of urgent help. They need food and clean water. We are the non-profit organisation Tete Pawa Kaya e.V. and we are appealing for everyone's help!
Our goal is to collect donations that will be invested in different projects within the tribes. We focus on helping them to build infrastructure, such as schools, community centres, water well and solar systems. We as a registered non-profit organization based in Frankfurt, Germany will guarantee that any donation that we receive will be targeted carefully and the corresponding outcomes will be well documented and presented on our website and social media channels.
To work in alliance with indigenous communities to preserve and protect sacred land, culture, and ancient wisdom.
We support projects including strategic land buybacks, restoration of native ecosystems, cultural exchange, and sustainable living solutions.
With a radically transparent model that sends 100% of public donations straight to the field. The organisation proves every project, using innovative technology and powerful storytelling to connect donors with their impact.
By clicking on the above payments you agree to a yearly payment of a membership donation of 60€ per year.
We are a movement for civil and human rights called Living Bridge. (LivingBridge) created by Txana Bane and Kathy Makuani.
Living Bridge was founded seven years ago in order to be a link between the ancient ways of the indigenous people of the Amazon basin and the modern-day way of life. We have asked Erik Durak and the project Tete Pawa Kaya to join forces with us together with musician and activist Txai Fernando.
We are at the moment helping the tribes of the region of Acre to find a platform from which they can make their voices heard, their lives matter and their future secured in an increasing exposed and endangered reality.
For a very long time the Brazilian political world has belonged to people who care only about economic winnings and personal gain. Giant corporations have benefited from the current narrative and course of decision makings. Granting the indigenous people little to none representation, nor has it made laws or decrees safeguarding these ancient human ways of life. These tribes are our world heritage and they have fought alone all this time.
Those times are over, the people of the Amazon need YOUR help!! Chosen to lead this struggle, is Leopardo Yawa Bane. (Yawa Bane Mission). A very prominent member of the Huni Kuin tribe of Acre, Amazonas. He is a tireless advocate for human rights and an activist of humanity. Help him be the voice of the voiceless, the strength that the indigenous people need on the political arena and the hope for sustenance.
Funding here gives you the opportunity to help Leopardo Yawa Bane to
The Amazon is the frontline of all our lives. We need Leopardo Yawa Banes presence in the political chambers. You can help.
We humbly ask you to be a part of our mission to help Yawa Bane help his people, help the Amazon and thus help all of humanity. We invite you to give, as much as your heart calls for. Let us do this together.
We are all family.
As we say in the jungle. HAUX
